MERIXA MANAGEMENT MICRO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions govern your download, installation, subscription to and use of Merixa Management Micro
MERIXA MANAGEMENT MICRO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective date: 1 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your download, installation, purchase, subscription to, access to and use of Merixa Management Micro (“Management Micro”, the “Application”).
The Application is published by Merixa Limited (“Merixa”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company established in the United Kingdom.
By downloading, purchasing, subscribing to, accessing or using Management Micro, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Application.
Your use of Management Micro may also be subject to mandatory terms and usage rules imposed by Google Play, the Apple App Store, your device platform and applicable law.
1. About Management Micro
Management Micro is a business financial-management and decision-support application.
Depending on the version and functionality available to you, the Application may provide tools relating to:
cash visibility and cash planning;
planned and actual cash movements;
client and supplier information;
management accounts;
budgets and forecasts;
variance analysis;
scenario analysis;
stress testing;
working-capital analysis;
assumptions and calculations;
management actions and operational events;
review cycles;
management reporting;
Owner Briefs;
Complete Management Reports;
report export;
encrypted workspace or information exchange;
reminders, thresholds and notifications; and
related business-management activities.
Management Micro is intended to help users organise information, perform calculations, test assumptions and support business decision-making.
It is a tool. It does not make business decisions for you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you use Management Micro on behalf of a company, partnership, client or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to use the Application in that capacity and to handle the information that you enter, import, export or share.
If the law applicable to you requires a higher age or additional legal capacity, that requirement applies.
Management Micro is not designed as a product for children.
3. Licence
Subject to:
your compliance with these Terms;
payment of any applicable purchase or subscription price; and
the applicable Apple or Google usage rules,
Merixa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use Management Micro on compatible devices that you own, control or are otherwise authorised to use.
The Application is licensed, not sold.
The licence permits lawful:
personal use;
internal business use;
management use; and
professional use by the licensed user.
No ownership interest in the Application, its software, architecture, methodology or other Merixa intellectual property passes to you.
4. Professional and multi-client use
A properly licensed professional user may use Management Micro in connection with services provided to more than one client, subject to these Terms.
This may include use by, for example:
external accountants;
finance professionals;
fractional finance professionals;
consultants;
advisers;
business managers; and
in-house finance teams.
Professional use does not permit you to share your personal subscription or store entitlement with another person contrary to the applicable licence or platform rules.
Where another person needs to open, edit or continue working with a Management Micro encrypted workspace, that person may need their own valid Management Micro licence or subscription.
A recipient does not need to become a Management Micro user merely to receive or read an ordinary exported report in a generally accessible format such as PDF or CSV, where the Application permits that export.
5. No professional engagement with Merixa
Downloading, purchasing, subscribing to or using Management Micro does not create a professional advisory relationship between you, your organisation, your client or any other person and Merixa.
Unless expressly agreed under a separate written professional-services engagement, use of Management Micro does not constitute the provision by Merixa of:
accounting advice;
bookkeeping services;
audit or assurance services;
tax advice;
legal advice;
investment advice;
regulated financial advice;
lending or credit advice;
management consultancy;
insolvency advice;
risk assurance;
control assurance; or
another professional service.
No fiduciary, advisory, audit, assurance or professional duty is created merely because you use the Application.
6. Management Micro does not replace professional judgement
Management Micro is a decision-support tool.
You remain responsible for:
information entered or imported into the Application;
assumptions used;
classifications made;
budgets and forecasts;
scenarios and stress tests;
determining whether inputs are accurate and complete;
reviewing calculations and outputs;
assessing whether results are commercially reasonable;
determining whether information is suitable for your particular purpose;
determining which accounting standards, laws, regulations or professional requirements apply;
obtaining specialist professional advice where appropriate; and
decisions made using information produced through the Application.
You should independently review material outputs before relying on them for significant financial, commercial, accounting, regulatory or legal decisions.
7. Financial calculations and forecasts
Management Micro may perform calculations based on information and assumptions supplied by you.
Outputs may change materially where inputs, assumptions or circumstances change.
Forecasts, scenarios, stress tests and projections concern possible future outcomes and are inherently uncertain.
They should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that:
a particular cash position will occur;
a business will achieve a particular profit;
revenue or costs will follow a particular path;
a customer will pay;
a supplier obligation will arise at a particular time;
a business will remain solvent;
a financing requirement will or will not arise; or
another projected event will occur.
You are responsible for determining the assumptions appropriate to your circumstances.
8. Management accounts and reporting
Management Micro may assist you in preparing, organising, analysing or presenting management information.
Unless expressly identified otherwise, outputs generated by the Application are intended primarily for internal management and decision-support purposes.
Management Micro does not independently audit, verify or certify the underlying information.
An output produced by the Application should not automatically be treated as:
statutory financial statements;
audited financial information;
an assurance report;
a tax return;
a regulatory filing;
a formal valuation;
a credit assessment;
an insolvency opinion; or
professional certification.
You are responsible for determining whether further review, adjustment or professional approval is required before an output is used externally.
9. Accounting standards and jurisdictions
Management Micro may contain concepts, calculations, classifications or reporting structures commonly used in financial and management practice.
The Application may be available in multiple countries.
Availability in a country does not mean that every calculation, concept, classification or report automatically complies with:
local accounting standards;
IFRS;
UK GAAP;
US GAAP;
tax legislation;
company law;
regulatory filing requirements;
industry-specific requirements; or
another jurisdiction-specific framework.
You remain responsible for determining which requirements apply to your organisation or client.
10. Your information
You retain responsibility for information that you enter, import or otherwise introduce into Management Micro.
Merixa does not claim ownership of your original:
financial information;
client information;
supplier information;
assumptions;
budgets;
forecasts;
notes;
management decisions; or
other business information
merely because you use that information within Management Micro.
You confirm that you are entitled to use information that you enter or import.
You must not use Management Micro to process information where doing so would:
breach applicable law;
breach confidentiality;
infringe another person's privacy;
infringe intellectual-property rights;
breach contractual restrictions;
breach professional obligations; or
otherwise violate rights belonging to another person or organisation.
11. Client, supplier and third-party information
If you use Management Micro to record information concerning clients, suppliers, employees, directors, business contacts or other individuals, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorised to do so.
Where applicable, you or the organisation on whose behalf you use the Application remain responsible for:
determining an appropriate lawful basis;
providing required privacy information;
respecting confidentiality;
maintaining appropriate information security;
determining appropriate retention periods; and
complying with applicable data-protection requirements.
Management Micro's local processing architecture does not remove your own legal or professional obligations concerning information that you choose to process.
12. Local storage
Management Micro is designed around local-device processing.
User-created working information is principally designed to remain locally within the Application environment on your device.
Merixa does not undertake to provide a cloud workspace, central user-content repository or remote backup service for information stored solely on your device.
You are responsible for:
securing your device;
maintaining backups you consider necessary;
preserving important information before deleting or replacing a device;
controlling access to Management Micro;
managing operating-system backup settings; and
keeping copies of reports or other information that you need to retain.
Merixa cannot restore information that was stored solely on your device and was never received by Merixa.
13. Device and cloud backups
Your operating system or another service selected by you may independently include Application information within:
device backups;
Apple or Google backups;
device-transfer processes; or
other cloud or storage services.
Those services are subject to the settings and terms of their respective providers.
Deleting information within Management Micro or uninstalling the Application may not delete independent backup copies.
You are responsible for managing those copies where appropriate.
14. Exporting reports
Management Micro may allow you to export information in formats such as PDF, CSV or other supported formats.
Where you export information:
you determine whether the export should take place;
you are responsible for checking the exported information;
you determine its recipient;
you determine how it is transmitted or stored; and
you remain responsible for confidentiality and lawful use after export.
Merixa is not responsible for the acts or omissions of a recipient selected by you.
Once information is transferred to another application, communication service or storage provider, that service may process it under its own terms and privacy arrangements.
15. Encrypted Management Micro workspaces
Management Micro may support encrypted files or workspaces that allow Application information to be transferred between compatible Management Micro installations.
Where this functionality is available:
encryption and decryption are designed to occur locally;
the sender controls whether an encrypted workspace is created and shared;
the recipient controls whether it is imported;
compatible Management Micro access may be required to open or continue working with the workspace;
the recipient may be able to modify assumptions, calculations, scenarios, actions, reviews or other workspace information;
the recipient may create a new encrypted workspace for onward transfer where the functionality permits; and
each participating user remains responsible for the information they add, modify and transmit.
Sharing an encrypted workspace does not create a central Merixa collaboration service.
Merixa does not undertake to act as an intermediary, custodian or recovery provider for locally exchanged encrypted workspaces.
16. Responsibility when sharing encrypted information
Before sending an encrypted workspace or report, you are responsible for ensuring that:
the intended recipient is authorised to receive it;
the transmission method is appropriate;
the information is lawful to disclose;
confidentiality obligations are respected; and
any required organisational approvals have been obtained.
Recipients are responsible for information after they receive, decrypt, import, modify or onward-share it.
Encryption reduces certain risks but does not guarantee that information can never be accessed, lost, copied, disclosed or compromised.
You should maintain appropriate device, access and communication security.
17. Loss of locally stored information
Because Merixa does not operate a remote repository for your working information, you acknowledge that locally stored information may be lost as a result of circumstances including:
device loss;
device damage;
storage failure;
operating-system failure;
deletion;
uninstallation;
corrupted backups;
loss of encryption credentials or access information;
incompatible future technology; or
other events outside Merixa's control.
You should preserve independent copies of information that is important to your business, accounting, regulatory or professional records.
Nothing in this section removes liability that applicable law does not allow Merixa to exclude.
18. Purchases and subscriptions
Management Micro may contain paid functionality, subscriptions or other paid access.
The applicable:
price;
currency;
billing period;
trial period;
introductory offer;
subscription duration;
renewal arrangement; and
other material purchase conditions
will be displayed through the applicable store or purchase interface before you complete the transaction.
Prices may vary by:
country;
currency;
platform;
tax treatment;
store pricing rules; or
promotional arrangements.
The price displayed to you through the applicable store at the point of purchase is the relevant purchase price, subject to mandatory law.
19. Free trials and promotional periods
Where Merixa offers a free trial or promotional subscription period, the applicable duration and conditions will be displayed before you subscribe.
Unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise, a free trial attached to an automatically renewing subscription may convert into a paid subscription when the trial ends if you do not cancel before the applicable deadline.
You are responsible for reviewing the trial terms displayed through the relevant store.
Eligibility for promotional offers may be limited, including to new subscribers or users who have not previously used the same offer.
Merixa does not guarantee that a particular free trial, discount or promotional offer will remain available indefinitely.
20. Automatic renewal
Where you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, the subscription will continue and the applicable platform may charge the payment method associated with your store account at each renewal period until the subscription is cancelled.
The billing interval and renewal terms will be displayed before purchase.
Apple or Google may send renewal, billing, price-change or other subscription communications in accordance with their own terms and applicable law.
21. Cancelling a subscription
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store should ordinarily be managed through the subscription-management facility associated with the platform account used to make the purchase.
Cancelling a subscription normally stops future renewals.
Unless the applicable platform or mandatory law provides otherwise, cancellation does not necessarily terminate access immediately. You may continue to have access until the end of the period already paid for.
Deleting or uninstalling Management Micro does not by itself cancel an active subscription.
You should cancel the subscription through the applicable store subscription-management facility.
22. Price changes
Subscription prices may change from time to time.
Where an applicable platform, contract or law requires advance notice, confirmation or consent before a subscription price change affects future renewals, the relevant requirement will apply.
A price change will not remove mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
23. Refunds
Refund requests relating to purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are ordinarily administered through the platform through which the transaction was made.
Platform refund procedures do not remove mandatory statutory rights or remedies that you may have.
If applicable law gives you a mandatory right to:
a refund;
repair;
replacement;
price reduction;
cancellation; or
another remedy,
that right applies notwithstanding anything inconsistent in these Terms.
24. Digital-content cancellation rights
Consumers may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights depending on:
the jurisdiction;
the nature of the purchase;
whether access begins immediately; and
the acknowledgements made during the applicable purchase process.
Where applicable law permits immediate digital content to be supplied only after you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that this affects or ends a statutory cancellation right, the applicable store or purchase process may request that consent and acknowledgement.
Nothing in these Terms removes a cancellation right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
25. Mandatory consumer rights
If you use Management Micro as a consumer, applicable law may give you mandatory rights concerning digital content or digital services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits those rights where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, these Terms do not exclude applicable statutory requirements concerning matters such as:
satisfactory quality;
fitness for purpose where legally applicable;
conformity with description;
repair or replacement;
price reduction;
refunds;
cancellation rights; or
other mandatory consumer remedies.
If these Terms conflict with a mandatory consumer protection applicable to you, the mandatory protection prevails to the extent of the conflict.
26. Intellectual property
All intellectual-property rights in Management Micro and Merixa proprietary materials remain owned by Merixa or the relevant rights holder.
Protected materials may include:
software;
source code;
application architecture;
interface designs;
visual designs;
database structures;
calculation architecture;
calculation logic;
methodologies;
analytical structures;
report structures;
templates;
taxonomies;
classifications;
written explanations;
examples;
graphics;
documentation;
Merixa names;
trademarks;
logos; and
other proprietary material.
These Terms grant you a licence to use Management Micro. They do not transfer ownership of Merixa intellectual property.
27. Your reports and outputs
Subject to these Terms, third-party rights and applicable law, you may use reports, calculations and user-specific outputs created through Management Micro for lawful:
personal purposes;
internal business purposes;
management purposes;
client work; and
professional purposes.
You may share ordinary exported reports with appropriate recipients where the Application provides that functionality.
Your right to use a user-specific output does not transfer ownership of the underlying Application, calculation architecture, templates, software or other Merixa intellectual property used to generate it.
28. Restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly prevents the restriction, you must not:
copy or redistribute the Application itself;
sell, sublicense, rent or redistribute Application access;
share subscription access contrary to applicable store or licence rules;
bypass purchase, subscription, entitlement or security controls;
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Application;
attempt to obtain or reconstruct source code;
reproduce substantial portions of Merixa proprietary materials as a competing product;
systematically extract Application content or structures using automated tools;
use the Application to create an unauthorised substantially equivalent copy of Management Micro;
remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices;
falsely represent Merixa intellectual property as your own;
interfere with Application security or operation;
introduce malicious software;
use Management Micro in violation of applicable law; or
use the Application to infringe another person's rights.
Nothing in this section prevents reasonable use of your own reports, calculations and user-specific outputs as part of legitimate business or professional work.
29. No AI processing in Management Micro
Management Micro does not use generative AI to perform its core financial and management analysis under its current operating model.
References to AI services applicable to other Merixa products do not apply to Management Micro.
If a future version introduces materially different AI functionality, Merixa will review the applicable terms, privacy disclosures and store information as required before or when that functionality becomes available.
30. Third-party applications, services and links
Management Micro may interact with, open or allow you to use independent applications or services.
These may include:
Google Play;
Apple App Store;
email applications;
messaging applications;
file-storage services;
PDF or spreadsheet applications;
operating-system sharing tools;
professional bodies;
regulators;
government websites; and
other external services selected by you.
Third parties operate under their own terms and policies.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a reference or link does not mean that:
the third party sponsors Merixa;
Merixa is formally affiliated with the third party;
the third party endorses Management Micro; or
Merixa controls the third party's services or content.
31. Internet and telecommunications
Some Management Micro functionality may require access to platform or internet services.
You are responsible for:
obtaining appropriate internet access;
mobile-data charges;
roaming charges;
telecommunications charges; and
complying with your network provider's terms.
Merixa is not responsible for loss of functionality caused solely by your network provider, internet connection, device restrictions or telecommunications arrangements.
32. Updates
Merixa may issue updates in order to:
maintain compatibility;
improve security;
correct errors;
improve usability;
improve functionality;
introduce additional functionality;
modify existing functionality;
respond to legal requirements;
respond to application-store requirements; or
adapt to operating-system changes.
You may need to install an update in order to continue using particular functionality.
Merixa does not guarantee indefinite compatibility with every historic device, operating-system version or third-party technology.
33. Changes to functionality
Management Micro may develop over time.
Merixa may add, modify, replace or remove functionality where reasonably necessary for legitimate product, technical, legal, security or operational reasons.
Where a material change adversely affects a paid consumer service during a committed subscription period, applicable consumer law and applicable store rights will continue to apply.
Merixa will not use this section to remove mandatory consumer rights.
34. Availability
Merixa aims to provide reliable Application functionality but does not guarantee that Management Micro will operate without interruption or error at all times.
Availability may be affected by:
maintenance;
updates;
operating-system changes;
device compatibility;
Apple or Google services;
internet disruption;
cybersecurity events;
software faults;
legal or regulatory changes; or
circumstances outside Merixa's reasonable control.
Temporary unavailability does not affect mandatory remedies that may apply under consumer law.
35. Suspension or restriction
Merixa may take reasonable steps to restrict Application access or functionality where necessary because of:
material breach of these Terms;
unlawful use;
intellectual-property infringement;
attempted circumvention of subscription or security controls;
malicious activity;
threats to Application security;
legal or regulatory requirements; or
third-party platform requirements.
Any action taken under this section will remain subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.
36. Discontinuation of Management Micro
Merixa may discontinue Management Micro or particular functionality.
Where reasonably practicable, Merixa will seek to provide appropriate advance notice where discontinuation is likely to materially affect users.
If discontinuation affects a paid subscription, refunds, cancellation rights or continued access will be dealt with in accordance with:
applicable law;
the applicable platform's rules; and
the circumstances of the discontinuation.
Because Management Micro stores working information locally, you should maintain independent exports or backups of information that you are legally, commercially or professionally required to retain.
37. Privacy
Use of Management Micro is subject to the separate Merixa Management Micro Privacy Policy.
That Privacy Policy explains, among other matters, the distinction between:
information processed locally on your device;
information you deliberately send to Merixa;
information administered by Apple or Google;
device and cloud backups; and
user-initiated exports and sharing.
The Privacy Policy forms an important part of the information governing use of Management Micro.
38. No guarantee of outcome
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Merixa does not guarantee that Management Micro will:
produce a particular commercial result;
produce a particular financial result;
prevent a cash shortfall;
identify every financial risk;
identify every error;
identify fraud;
identify every control weakness;
identify every accounting adjustment;
ensure regulatory compliance;
ensure accounting compliance;
produce statutory accounts;
replace professional review;
predict future performance accurately; or
remain appropriate for every business, industry or jurisdiction.
Management Micro supports analysis and decision-making. It does not guarantee the outcome of a business decision.
39. Consumer liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Merixa's liability where doing so would be unlawful.
If you are a consumer, Merixa remains responsible to the extent required by mandatory consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
another liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
The business-user limitations below do not remove statutory rights available to consumers.
40. Business and professional users
This section applies where you use Management Micro wholly or mainly for purposes connected with your trade, business, profession or employment rather than as a consumer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merixa will not be liable to a Business User for:
indirect or consequential loss;
loss of profits;
loss of revenue;
loss of anticipated savings;
loss of business;
loss of opportunity;
loss of goodwill;
business interruption;
loss resulting from inaccurate or incomplete user inputs;
loss resulting from assumptions selected by the user;
loss resulting from reliance on an output without appropriate review;
loss resulting from a decision made by the user or a third party;
loss of locally stored information that Merixa never possessed;
loss caused by an independent backup service;
loss resulting from sharing information with a recipient selected by the user; or
loss caused by a third-party application or service outside Merixa's reasonable control.
Subject to liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, Merixa's aggregate liability to a Business User arising out of or in connection with Management Micro will not exceed the greater of:
£100; or
the total amount paid by that Business User for Management Micro during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that applicable law does not permit Merixa to exclude.
41. Business-user indemnity
Where you use Management Micro in the course of a business or professional activity, you will be responsible for reasonable third-party claims, liabilities and costs arising directly from:
information that you unlawfully enter, import or distribute;
your infringement of another person's intellectual-property rights;
your infringement of another person's privacy rights;
your breach of confidentiality;
an unauthorised disclosure made by you;
your deliberate circumvention of security controls; or
your deliberate unlawful misuse of the Application.
This does not apply to the extent that the relevant loss was caused by Merixa's own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
42. Apple App Store users
Where you obtain Management Micro through the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to applicable Apple Media Services terms and App Store usage rules.
The Application licence is granted by Merixa, subject to the applicable Apple rules.
Apple is not responsible for Merixa's Application content or for providing professional, financial or management services through Management Micro.
Where Apple's standard end-user licence agreement applies to the Application, it applies in accordance with Apple's terms.
Where mandatory Apple platform terms conflict with these Terms in relation to use of the Apple App Store or an Apple device, the applicable mandatory platform term will apply to the extent required.
Nothing in these Terms requires Apple to assume an obligation that applicable Apple terms allocate to Merixa.
43. Google Play users
Where you obtain Management Micro through Google Play, your use is also subject to applicable Google Play terms and policies.
Purchases and subscriptions made using Google Play Billing are administered through the relevant Google account and Google Play billing systems.
Google's platform rules concerning:
billing;
subscription management;
cancellation;
refunds;
family or account use; and
applicable purchase processes
may apply in addition to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights that you have against Merixa under applicable law.
44. Compliance with third-party terms
You must comply with applicable third-party agreements when using Management Micro.
This includes relevant terms relating to:
your device;
operating system;
Apple account;
Google account;
telecommunications provider;
cloud-storage provider; and
other applications or services you choose to use in connection with Management Micro.
45. Global availability and lawful use
Management Micro may be made available through application stores in multiple jurisdictions.
Availability in a particular country does not represent that every feature is legally, professionally or commercially suitable for that jurisdiction.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Management Micro is lawful where you use it.
You must not use the Application in circumstances where doing so would violate:
applicable sanctions;
export restrictions;
trade restrictions; or
another mandatory legal prohibition.
46. Changes to these Terms
Merixa may update these Terms to reflect changes to:
Management Micro functionality;
applicable law;
application-store requirements;
security requirements;
technology;
business arrangements; or
operational practices.
The current version will display its effective date.
Where applicable law requires notice, acceptance or another step before a material amendment becomes binding, Merixa will comply with that requirement.
Changes will not retrospectively remove mandatory rights that have already arisen.
47. Governing law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
For Business Users, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law to the contrary.
If you are a consumer, this section does not remove:
mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law; or
a mandatory right to bring proceedings in another court where applicable consumer law gives you that right.
48. Severability
If a court or competent authority determines that any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that part will be modified, limited or disregarded only to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
49. No waiver
If Merixa does not immediately enforce a right or provision under these Terms, that does not mean that Merixa has permanently waived that right or provision.
50. Assignment
You may not transfer your Application licence or contractual rights under these Terms except where permitted by:
these Terms;
applicable application-store rules; or
applicable law.
Merixa may transfer its rights and obligations relating to Management Micro as part of:
a corporate reorganisation;
merger;
acquisition;
business transfer;
sale of the Application;
restructuring; or
similar transaction,
provided that doing so does not remove mandatory rights available to consumers.
51. Entire agreement concerning Management Micro
These Terms, together with:
the Merixa Management Micro Privacy Policy;
applicable purchase or subscription terms displayed through the relevant application store;
applicable Apple or Google platform terms; and
mandatory provisions of applicable law,
govern ordinary use of Management Micro.
These Terms do not replace a separately executed professional-services agreement between Merixa and a client.
If Merixa separately provides professional services to you, those services will be governed by the relevant professional engagement terms rather than by these Application Terms alone.
52. Complaints and contact
If you have a question, complaint or claim relating to Management Micro or these Terms, please contact:
Merixa Limited
United Kingdom
Email: contact@merixa.co.uk
Where your purchase was made through Apple or Google, certain billing, cancellation or refund matters may also need to be raised through the relevant application store.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any statutory complaint, consumer or dispute-resolution rights that apply to you.
These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to Merixa Management Micro.
